Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Permanent Vacation pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once we receive and inspect the goods.
